SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

• For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8+ days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Valley Organics is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8+ days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. • At Valley Organics, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website or mobile. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
• Below are some more shipping related details:
1. Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.
2. We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out on the same day as the order date. However, in some cases, it may take longer, up to 2 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured where there is a heavy demand. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
3. Delivery charges are subject to variation.
• Delivery For Srinagar and Closer Areas – Within 48 Hrs Time.
• Delivery For All Metro Cities - Within 2 to 3 Days.
• Delivery For All Non-Metro Cities – Within 5 to 7 Days .
• We also accept COD Orders via Website and Social Media.
